What is one place you can think back to that always holds good memories?
Right when you think life would get easier after leaving a stressful job, you get hit in the face with the withdrawals of no longer functioning off a 9-5 schedule. The reality of being in charge of your own time becomes overwhelming and you're suddenly worn out from the overthinking. This was my reality for the first three weeks after leaving my job.

I entered this new journey with art as the priority, but the panic of trying to create art forced me to slow down and reconnect to everything I had lost touch with. I took my Panasonic Lumix + Leica digital camera with me to a favorite place of mine since high school: Venice Beach! Catching the ocean breeze and vibrant sights brought me back to earth. It reminded me of the days where walks down the pier recharged my energy and inspired me in the toughest of times.
