September is the subtle month that brings summer to an end and the calmness of autumn to a beginning. In summer the days felt like they were passing at light-speed. Now that October has entered the chat, the days suddenly feel eternal. I wonder if this happens to anyone else; is this what people call, "Seasonal Depression"?

A cozy meal by the beach, having a stroll at a lowrider meet-up, and reconnecting with nature have all done great things to my state of mind. I feel my health is starting to get back on track.
